Clear answers. Practical support. Calmer mealtimes.

If you’re worried about your child’s eating, drinking, or progression with food, you’re not alone - and you don’t have to work it out by yourself.

I specialise in supporting babies and children with feeding difficulties, helping families understand why feeding feels hard and what will actually help - without pressure, force, or blame.

Investing in professional support now can save months of mealtime stress—and keep your child’s nutrition on track.

Online consultations are available all over the UK and instantly bookable (for children 6 months and over). Home Visits are available within a 2 hour travel distance from the DE4 area.

Fees are reviewed periodically and may be subject to change.

  • Families often come to me because their child:

    • Gags, retches, or vomits with certain textures

    • Eats a very limited range of foods

    • Refuses solids or struggles to progress with textures

    • Finds mealtimes stressful, emotional, or overwhelming

    • Has feeding difficulties alongside reflux, allergies, prematurity, or neurodivergence

    • Has been told to “wait and see,” but your instincts say something isn’t right

If any of this sounds familiar, an assessment can bring clarity and a clear way forward.

  • What’s included:

    • A comprehensive feeding report (worth £80)

    • A detailed discussion of your child’s feeding history and current concerns

    • Review of videos of your child eating (so there’s no pressure on them to perform live)

    • Identification of the underlying reasons feeding is difficult

    • Practical, realistic strategies tailored to your child and family

    • A clear explanation of next steps and support options

  • By the end of the session, you will:

    • Understand why feeding feels hard for your child

    • Feel more confident about what to do (and what not to do)

    • Have a plan that fits your child - not a one-size-fits-all approach

    • Feel reassured that you’re not causing the problem

There is no pressure, force-feeding, or judgement.

We work at your child’s pace, with respect for their development and emotional safety.

  • Initial online zoom consultations are instantly bookable.

Home initial assessment visits are also instantly bookable.

Initial consultations are up to 60 minutes in length and begin with a detailed case history so I can understand your child’s feeding difficulties and background. This is followed by personalised advice and guidance based on the information you provide. You will be provided with a written report once the consultation is complete.

Your child does not need to be present for the online session as long as you can record short videos of your child eating and drinking beforehand. These can be sent securely to my encrypted mobile phone so I can review them as part of the assessment.

Further details will be sent to you upon booking.

For home visits, travel charges will be invoiced separately, based on distance from the DE4 area.

If your child is less than 6 months, I offer home visits only (no online services)

Initial Consultation - £220

  • The Weaning SOS call is designed for babies ages 6-12 months who have hit a bump in the road with their weaning progress.

This call is for families resident in the UK and Republic of Ireland only.

    Common issues include:

    • Refusal to take solids – baby pushes food away or turns head.

    • Texture aversion – baby refuses lumpy or finger foods.

    • Slow progress with weaning – baby hasn’t moved from puree to mash or finger foods.

    • Delayed self-feeding – baby shows little interest in picking up food or using utensils.

    • Mess aversion – baby resists touching food or feeding themselves.

    • You are unsure if certain feeding behaviours are “normal” i.e. excessive gagging

    • You have asked your Health Visitor for advice but you still feel like “something is off”

  • The Weaning SOS call is 20 minutes in duration.

We will briefly discuss your concerns and based on the information you provide, I will be able to give you some practical advice or suggest a full consultation if we feel your babies issues are more urgent or complex.

Children who are enterally fed i.e. NG Tube or PEG Tube
